We are Ganbaru Coffee Roasters, a specialty coffee micro-roaster based in Malaga, Spain. For three years, we've been dedicated to roasting and sharing the finest specialty coffees from around the world. But our history and passion for coffee go back much further.

Our founder, Mario Perelló, has over a decade of experience in the specialty coffee industry. He is an authorized trainer from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), has competed and won awards in barista competitions, and is the author of a book on specialty coffee.

At Ganbaru, we believe in quality, sustainability, and transparency. We focus on working only with the most exceptional specialty coffees—those that achieve an SCA score of 85 points or higher—and we source a variety of origins from around the world, including Ethiopia, Kenya, Colombia, Guatemala, Brazil, Honduras, and Costa Rica.

Furthermore, we are committed to paying a fair price for our coffee, collaborating with producers, and being transparent about product traceability.
